Brad and the girls went to Krispy Kreme last night to get some doughnuts. Yummy! The girls each got to pick out 2 of their very own, but I guess there are a lot to choose from because they both said it was a hard decision. Brad was telling me that someone brought some into his work last week. He bit into one and had the shock of realizing it was a caramel filled one! Whoa - too much sugar if you ask me! Brad said it was definitely too much. Maybe if he'd known it was full of caramel, but still...
I had a good phone chat with my mom yesterday. I don't talk to anyone except Brad and the kids since we don't know anyone here yet, so it was especially nice.
Today it is raining like crazy here! I thought I came down here to get away from all that! Maybe it followed us down. All I know is, I want some sun!!!!
