Update

Thanks for all the support about me starting up with exercise! I really appreciate it. I've been such a slacker for the past few years, um, I mean my whole life. Anyway, I've stuck with riding my exercise bike for the past week and have bumped up my time to 20 minutes! This is seriously the most consistant exercise I've done since I was 16! Next week I'm heading up to 30 minutes on the bike, 3 days a week. The week after that I plan on starting up with some Pilates DVDs that my sister gave me and doing that on my non-bike days. My "core" could really use some work!! :) Sorry if my exercise updates are boring, but I figure if I post them for all to see, then I am more accountable.

i don't think they are boring i think they are great and inspiring. i know how much you hate exercising so the fact that you are doing so great is awesome!! keep it up!!
