Weird Al

First off, blogger is letting me post pictures again!  Yay!  Also, thank you for your comments and input on my last post.  I think I will keep blogging (especially if I can continue to add pictures), but will try not to feel guilt over how often I do it.  It may be feast or famine.  It may be a regular weekly thing.  We'll see!

Way back in August, Brad took Sarah and Chloe to a Weird Al Yankovic concert.  They were so excited!  They rode the ferry over to Seattle.

They went out to dinner at Red Robin and then walked to the concert venue.  (I can't remember where it was at.)  On the way they stopped by the gum wall.  It's pretty gross, but still cool.  Something to definitely check out first hand if you ever find yourself doing touristy things in Seattle.

A scrunch picture before the show:

There was some concern that Weird Al wasn't going to perform the Star Wars songs.  Thankfully, he did.  They were saved for the encore.  The girls were thrilled!  Even more thrilling was getting to take pictures with a storm trooper and Darth Vader after the concert!

They also got some t-shirts.  Sarah got a Star Wars one.  They also bought one of these for Kyle.  He loves it.

Chloe got an ALpocalypse one.  (This was Weird Al's ALpocalypse tour.)

Brad also got a t-shirt.  It has a large picture of Weird Al on the front.  He's making a crazy face though and it's so hideous that I do not have a picture of it.  I also try not to look at his shirt when he's wearing it.  But I don't forbid him from wearing it.  That's love, right?

It was a super fun daddy-daughter date.  I'm so glad they had the chance to go out that night!

Sarah told me what a good time she had at this concert! And from the looks of the pictures, they are all smiles. :)

On another note, it's been fun to catch up with all your posts! I honestly haven't looked at my blogger feed in ages. :( I think I need to go through and un-follow a lot of blogs...I have too many in my feed an it's overwhelming at times.

Also, I'm so glad that the picture thing resolved itself on blogger (so weird and annoying), and that you are still blogging. I, too, LOVE your blog and the way you always keep it real. :)

How fun. I'm a WA native and have still never seen that gum wall. Putting it on my bucket list
