I never did take a picture of it broken, but have you ever seen the Venus de Milo? Well, that's what it ended up looking like. the arms were in several pieces and one of the wings got twisted. It was my first Willow Tree, so it was kind of funny that it was the first to break. I'm trying to decide if I replace it.
Second random thought... Back when I was in high school (I think JR or SR year), my sister made me a Scarlet Letter. Yes, a Scarlet Letter! Only not an A, it was an H. For hypocrite. We had argued about something and I came home a day or two later to find a cross-stitched Scarlet H taped to my bedroom door. I thought it was hilarious. I saved it. What I can't remember though, is what I was being a hypocrite about. (I do remember that she was right on that particular arguement.) Anyway, a funny memory that I'll have to ask her about sometime. Maybe she'll remember.

What a classy, intellectual way for your sister to make her point!
Too bad about your figurine :-(
That is so funny about your sister. You'll definitely have to follow up with her about that story!
And I also think it's funny that your primary presidency chose to give that particular figurine when you got released. haha
I hate it when things get broken, but then I have to remember that they're just that--things! At least you have a picture of it before it was broken. :)
I think it will be Melissa too! I read a blog (I'm such a Bachelor nerd) that said in the season premier you could see him proposing to a girl that wears a ring on her pinky and Melissa is the only one who wears a pinky ring. We shall see... Glad to know you like the show too. It's addictive! :) P.S. Love the scarlet letter story- how funny!
I am glad that you have random thoughts too. It makes me feel so not alone in this scatterbrained mind of mine. BTW: It was really fun talking to you today. I wish one of us lived closer!
I can't remember what it was about either, but it was hilarious! I just thought it was funny that she put so much effort into it..I mean, cross stitching!
:)
