So close!

Aaron is getting so close to being a walker! Last night he was cracking me up with his attempts to walk down the hall. He would stand up, walk a few steps, fall, laugh, stand up and try again. So cute! And also very unlike him. He is a pretty cautious kid and, at least so far, has been pretty calculating in the way he moves. It was fun to see him just go for it over and over again! We're working on getting some good video of him and I'll post it as soon as we do.

Yesterday at church my friend's little boy, who is 3 months younger than Aaron, crawled for the first time. It was so exciting! It also made me realize how recently it was that Aaron made the crawling accomplishment and how soon he'll be running around. Babies grow up so fast!

I was looking at Sarah and Brad hugging good-bye to each other this morning. She is getting so tall and will be 10 years old soon. What?! My baby will be 10?! Chloe will be 8 soon and getting baptized. Another child making such an important decision! Kyle loves to go down the street to his friend's house and I love to watch his little independant self heading down there. For all the frustating times I have as a mother, I wouldn't trade any of it for the world because all the good and wonderful things more than make up for those other moments. I love my kiddos!

Sweet! Aren't we ever grateful for those blessed moments when we realize that we have it pretty good and we have pretty darn wonderful people filling our laundry baskets for us. Go, Aaron, go! There is so much to destroy when you are at eye-level!

So sweet. I'm so glad that all the milestones are just as exciting and happy with each kid. I couldn't believe how excited I got about Magson yesterday! It was also fun to see Aaron in action today!

My eldest became a teenager last week. It goes by way too fast.

Babies and kids really do grow up so fast! I was just thinking the same thing watching my kids this weekend. Your kids are great! I'm really enjoying teaching Sarah. BTW, is Nougatocity a real word or is it a word Snickers made up?
