That is how I feel right now. Only the song in my head is, "We get to go to Hawaii!..." Weird and cheesy, I know.
Yep! That's right. It looks like Brad and I FINALLY get to go to Hawaii!!! As always with the shipyard, there is a chance that this could fall through, but it is as for sure as it gets right now. Woohoo! On the inside, I am jumping up and down and sqealing like a Justin Bieber fan. On the outside, I'm well, my usual reserved self. I'm TRYING not to get too excited. But I am!

The other awesome thing is that this will mean two, count them - 2!, vacations with just Brad and I in the month of March. We hardly ever are able to do vacations with just the two of us, let two alone in the same year or month! I am VERY thankful to both of our moms who are willing and able to come and stay with the kids.
Sarah is very disappointed (understatement) that we won't be going to UT for spring break. We had decided to go after mulling it over for a couple of weeks and then the very next day Brad came home with the Hawaii news. We will definitely go sometime later this year, but she's still not too happy about her cousin reunion being revoked. Hopefully her grandmas can cheer her up a bit while they're here.

I'm so excited for you! I've been to both Kauai and Oahu twice. As beautiful as Kauai is, there is a reason it is the garden island. It rains a lot! I heard you are heading to Oahu - I love how there is so much to do on that island. It is gorgeous too and you will have a BLAST!!!

Courtney...I am so excited for you!! You are going to LOVE it! Hawaii is one of the places where I've been that lived up to my idea of what paradise should be (ha!) You will have a GREAT time and see and do lots of fun, fun things!!
