I'm Buzz Lightyear!

So Kyle has been fixated on Buzz Lightyear for the past few months. When my dad and stepmom were here in February we found him a Buzz costume. He wore that thing to death! Luckily they were on a super great clearance price so we bought 2 and saved one for this coming Halloween. Anyway, yesterday I got an email from my friend and neighbor, Mary. Check it out...



"Hi Courtney!
I wanted to tell you how much fun Owen and Kyle had on Saturday when Kyle came down to play - they did so great. Kyle is getting so grown up. He was cracking me up with "I'm Buzz Lightyear!" He'd say that, then Owen would say, "And I'm Owen!" like it was every bit as important. Owen was all, "Watch me! Look at me!" and Kyle said, "Great job. You're a big boy, now, Owen." Sooooo funny! I asked him how baby Aaron was, and he said, "Aaron is little. Aaron has a little body and a little penis and little arms...etc." Again, HA! So funny!

It cracked me up! Plus all his talk about privates. I wouldn't go as far as to say that Kyle is obsessed with privates, but he won't hesitate to talk about them. (And I don't make up silly names for them either. They are what they are. Anyways...) He was noticing the other day that Aaron's was small and his was "big". To detract attention from that, I went on to compare hands, feet, body, etc. I guess that stuck with him!



We are scrambling through our last minute preparations and laundry to get ready to visit Utah tomorrow. Brad's sister Shelley is getting married on Thursday. We are so happy for her and excited to visit with our families!
