Well, it's been forever and a day since I've posted. I'll do some quick catching up, but since most of you know what we've been up to I won't spend too long at it.
We had a great time going to Utah and visiting with everyone. Dave and Kelly got married and had a wonderful day. They had an awesome sealer. He, of course, was solemn as is respectful, but also added just the right amount of levity. It was a really nice sealing. Of course, all the Brown boys were getting a little bit weepy, which got me tearing up as well. It was a beautiful day, Kelly was beautiful and they both looked very happy. The girls had a great time playing with Grandma Curtis during the day and being dressed up fancy at the reception that night. Poor Kyle was another story altogether. He started getting a cold on the plane ride Friday night. By Saturday morning he was not a happy camper with a stuffy nose and slight fever. We had do go and rescue him (and Grandma Curtis!) and take him to the luncheon with us. We have a couple of pictures of him looking miserable at the reception. Fortunately, he got a lot better with a good night's sleep that night and was nearly back to being himself on Sunday.
I had a great birthday. Paula and Sarah helped to make me a b'day breakfast and I even got to sleep in that morning! That was the best present ever! Mom and I went shopping on Tuesday with Beth. We had a good time and I got several cute things - including 2 new pairs of shoes!
Now we're home (sort of) and it's nice. Mostly the humidity is nice! I forget how used to it I am until we spend a few days in Utah and I dry up!
Kyle is nearing his first b'day (the 25th) and he is learning all sorts of new things. He is starting to make understandable baby words. He says ba ba or ba for bottle. He says ah dah for all done. Sometimes he even says ah dah ba when he finishes his bottle which means all done bottle. And of course he is saying buh buh which is bye bye. Brad thinks he may even be calling Sarah ya-ya. He is also blowing kisses now which is so cute! He is working hard on walking too. He can get about 4 or 5 steps before something trips him up and he crashes down, but he's doing great. It won't be too much longer!
Sarah discovered last night that she has her first loose tooth! It is her left front tooth. This morning she was thinking her other front tooth might be a little loose as well. We may have a toothless wonder before too long! She is very excited. She has been waiting a long time to loose a tooth! She has rededicated herself to brushing so that the Tooth Fairy will leave her some extra money for such a clean tooth!
Chloe is slowly working on learning to read. She helps me out on little words when we are reading together. The other night when we were reading the Book of Mormon she read one whole line. It of course started out, "And it came to pass..."! Brad and I had a good laugh about that one. Pretty soon she'll know those words by heart!

Yeah on all accounts!
I'm so excited for Sarah with the loose tooth (teeth?). That's so exciting!
I wish I could hear Kyle talk. I bet he has a cute voice!
Sounds like lots of fun in the Brown family!
Love ya!
